To check your balance or make payments by phone, please call 844-470-5881.
Effective September 1, 2023, customers who pay their water,sewer and stormwater bills using a credit of debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) will be assessed a convenience fee of $4.每增加650美元,第三方支付处理商支付25美元.00. 这一费用已由直接收到资金以支付处理费用的供应商减少. Refunds

Disputing Your Bill

Delinquency Charges

Discounts and Payment Plans
Elderly & Disability Discounts

Within seven days of the initial call to Collections at 617-989-7070 the following must be sent to BWSC:
- A completed Certificate of Financial Hardship Form
- Documentation from a physician explaining the medical condition

Financial Hardship Form (Digital Form)
The medical condition must be reconfirmed monthly, or quarterly if the illness is determined to be chronic. 经济困难证明表格必须伴随每次续签.

Tenants
租客不对房东的未偿余额负责. If a landlord’s bill is overdue, upon proof of residence, such as utility bill or driver’s license, 单个租户或一组租户可以支付30天的预计账单,以避免终止供水服务. This sum may then be deducted from the rent paid to the landlord.
